We are the ones behind Vitpol Tenerife—a married couple who have made Tenerife our home and decided to start our own business right here.
Vitpol Tenerife was founded on the basis of our experience, practical approach, and the belief that in this industry, it’s not just about a job well done, but also about trust. Real estate is often the result of many years of hard work, an investment, or a place you want to return to, which is why we fully understand the responsibility that comes with being entrusted with it.

Complete bathroom renovation
The renovation included a full range of modernization work. We started by removing the old tiles and installing new plumbing. Next, we poured a new floor, carefully laid the tiles, and painted the walls. The final step was the installation of the bathroom fixtures: the bathtub, toilet, and shower enclosure, as well as the careful assembly of the bathroom cabinetry, creating a modern and fully functional space.
Kitchen Renovation
The kitchen renovation began with an overhaul of the electrical system to make it compatible with modern appliances. Next, we leveled and painted the walls to create the perfect foundation. The main phase involved the precise installation of custom-made furniture and kitchen appliances. We ensured proper lighting and finishing details, creating a new space that is ergonomic, aesthetically pleasing, and ready for everyday cooking.
Complete renovation of an apartment
We carried out a complete renovation of the apartment, including the kitchen, bathroom, spacious hallway, and two bedrooms. You don’t need to be on-site. We take full responsibility for coordinating the work and overseeing the project. We regularly send you progress reports and photos, giving you complete peace of mind and full control over the project.
