Complete renovation of an apartment

The scope of work included demolishing a brick partition wall to open up the space and a complete overhaul of the color scheme by repainting the walls a vibrant purple and the wooden architectural elements turquoise. In addition, the furniture and decor were completely replaced, shifting from a raw ethnic style to a very colorful, maximalist aesthetic with new, ornate furnishings, creating the unique and original atmosphere of this apartment.

Finishing a Modern Bathroom

The project involved finishing the walls and floor with large-format dark gray tiles. A concealed toilet frame and modern bathroom fixtures were installed, including a vanity cabinet and a walk-in shower with a linear drain. Decorative vertical wooden slats and a custom-built wardrobe were added. A mirror with a depth effect, complemented by spot lighting on the ceiling, became the key decorative element. The look was rounded out by matching dark doors.

The Transformation of a Raw Interior into a Modern Apartment

The comprehensive bathroom renovation included a full range of modernization work. We started by removing the old tiles and installing new plumbing. Next, we poured a new floor, carefully laid the tiles, and painted the walls. The final step was the installation of the bathroom fixtures: the bathtub, toilet, and shower enclosure, as well as the careful assembly of bathroom cabinetry, creating a modern and fully functional space.

Kitchen Makeover

The kitchen has been transformed into a modern and functional space. The floor was completely replaced with light-colored panels laid in a herringbone pattern. Modern white upper and lower cabinets with black handles were installed, creating an aesthetic contrast. The old wall-mounted faucet was replaced with a modern, tall black faucet and a matching black sink. The space gained functionality thanks to built-in appliances, such as a TEKA induction cooktop and oven, as well as a warm, wooden countertop.
